FFXI on the PS3 would be useless. PS3 owners are already able to play with the PS2 version (PSN Store has a patch that allows you to play PS2 games that require a HDD, i.e. FFXI). Even if an actual PS3 version was released, it would be no different than the PS2/Xbox/PC version; since all of the platforms play together, the graphics and what not wouldn't change all too much. The only real advantage to having an actual PS3 version would be the support of a Bluetooth keyboard, which would be awesome (damn my PS2 wired keyboard :( ). Just my two cents. Oh yeah, def. can't wait for FFXIV.

They're going to release it RIGHT AFTER Final Fantasy XIV, if it's going to be released at all.
