like ive said before, with the PS3s sales being what they are, barely moving out of thier sales-slump, you'll see this for awhile longer. game companies arent idiots, theyll do whatever they can to maximize profits. the PS2 was the undisputed king of last gen consoles, so it made sense more 3rd parties developed exclusive relationships with Sony. but as GTA4, Ninja Gaiden 2, DMC4, and the new Star Ocean before it, FFXIII stands to make way more money selling on 360 also, then exclusively on PS3. It was a very smart move on thier part.

And now if they'll just give the Wii ppls some FF lovin'...

The Wii is getting its spinoff series in the Crystal Chronicles and Fables. Given the Wii's technical specs, it's very limited in terms of being able to port games like FFXIII over without a huge degradation of quality. I like my Wii, but realize that some things just aren't possible. Just my $0.02 though.

Wii's graphics couldn't support much, but since they're making spinoffs of Crystal Chronicals (not my favorite ff game) they could work their way up the ladder towards better graphics. I'm not saying the Wii wasn't made for FF, but I don't think it would work. :(
