Interesting. Too bad their aren't more people interested in doing this.. but maybe if they removed some of the rare/ex and made atleast 1 equippable item from a mob a definate drop, then they'd see more action.

It's enlighting to read the thoughts of the people who created the system and continue to develope it . as with all large companies it has to be taken into consideration that they are given 'limits' of what they can reveal or talk about . The Devs comparing all the 'Step pop' NMs i.e Kirin , AV , PW , shines a faint light as to what top expect from WoTG and future Expansions . Alot is revealed in this interview . Alot of the comments posted after is really just alot of cring and complaining . But some game changing info is presented from that Interview . Just have to pay attention to what is said or avoided . Once we figure out the 'S.O.P' for beating AV or PW , i am sure we sill start seeing LS's Burning them the same as Kirin/Gods/Jailers .

Alot of cringe and complaining? Eh maybe so. Fact remains it's hard to get a large group of people around for a tier 1 mob that has a chance of dropping nothing. These mobs require a decent ammount of committment to go through several tiers to obtain access to mobs that have notable drops, and then you need full alliances, and have even more people leaving empty handed. Incorporate the farming involved for Zeni, it's just a hard sell to the uninformed, an sometimes even the informed. Nonetheless, several great drops off these mobs and I'd love the chance to challenge them, recruiting the numbers to do so for uncertain rewards remains as much of a challenge as obtaining those sought after pieces.
