Walkthrough

• Speak to Mamaulabion, to start the quest.
• He wants you to obtain for him super-duper rare items that can only be obtained from the high level Avatar battles. What he needs is the following:
  • Egil's Torch which can be obtained from the quest Trial by Fire.
  • Desert Light which can be obtained from the quest Trial by Earth.
  • Eye of Nept which can be obtained from the quest Trial by Water.
  • Bubbly Water which can be obtained from the quest Trial by Wind.
  • Rust 'B' Gone which can be obtained from the quest Trial by Ice.
  • Elder Branch which can be obtained from the quest Trial by Lightning.
  • Ancients' Key which can be obtained from the quest The Moonlit Path.
• The items can be traded as you receive them. Mamaulabion will hold onto all of them until he receives the seventh.
• If you return with all 7, you cannot trade all at once. They must be traded one at a time. If you try to put all 7 in and submit, he will just take one and you will get the other 6 back.
• You will receive the Evoker's Ring at or after 12:00 am Japanese Standard Time the following Earth day from your final item turn-in.
• If you dispose of any of the items required for the quest prior to turning them in, you can obtain them again by completing the relevant Trial battles again. Note that this behavior is *contrary* to that of the equipment rewards. You can earn two bottles of Desert Light, but you cannot earn two Titan's Cudgels.
  • If you have turned in an item for the quest but not yet completed it, you are still allowed to choose that item as a reward after defeating the relevant avatar. For example, if you have obtained the Elder Branch and already submitted it to Mamaulabion, and then you defeat Ramuh Prime again before completing Mama Mia, you will be allowed to choose Elder Branch again as your reward, though doing so would be a waste of the reward, so choose carefully!
• Upon completion of this quest, the above items no longer appear in the rewards list for defeating these Prime Avatars.
