Walkthrough

• Talk to Nanaa Mihgo and then talk to her henchman, Cha Lebagta.
• Nanaa Mihgo asks for four Yagudo Necklaces.

Notes

• This quest increases Norg Reputation and will not increase Fame in Windurst.
• You will need at least 212 Yagudo Necklaces in total to achieve Lv.4 Tenshodo Fame, which is the required amount for the Utsusemi: Ichi and Trial by Water quests.
• There are rumors to the effect that this quest lowers Windurst fame. This has been proven false on several occasions; completing this quest will NOT affect Windurst Fame in any manner.
• It is not needed to talk to Mihgo's henchmen before trading the necklaces. You can start trading after you talk to her.
• Warning: This quest cannot be activated with the Thief Artifact Weapon quest, The Tenshodo Showdown, active.

• Heads up* The number of necklaces needed to raise fame to rank four varies.
• The 212 stated above is not certain to be enough. It is recomended to do more then asked. As many trips to Norg and back can be a pain.
• Having the Windurst Mission 2-1 active BEFORE starting this quest will cause the quest to become unavailable until it is completed. Starting this quest FIRST is advised before you start 2-1. Or just skip 2-1 all together.

Summary:

If you want to befriend the infamous Cat Burglar, then you'll have to give her something she likes.
