• I took a very laid back approach to this fight. I went in as SCH/WHM with no items or using any form of food or Refresh, used Blink, Aquaveil, Protect, and Shell. I rested to full, activated Sublimation, and went into the main arena. After placing Protect and Shell on my NPC, I proceeded to move into range and the NPC (set as Stalwart Shield style) used Provoke. From there all I did was cast Regen II. Throughout the fight I used Paralyze, Silence, and Slow. Erased any Slow effects on the NPC, and ended up nuking for fun using Klimaform and Blizzard II (double Ice Weather at the time). Used Sublimation, switched back to Light Arts, used a Divine Seal with Cure III, used Regen II, and ended up meleeing when Vassago reached about 15-20% HP. Blighted Gloom was used on the NPC every time and never did anything above 0 damage. I ended the fight with a Hard Swing and had 1 MP left, but I was in no danger as the NPC and I were around 95% each and only ended up like that as I did not activate Sublimation a second time. --Blurryhunter 01:02, 10 March 2009 (UTC)
