Walkthrough

• After your NPC is level 56, (with your Signal Pearl in your inventory) talk to Ratoto in Upper Jeuno (I-10).
• Talk to Luto Mewrilah for another cut scene.
• Talk to Raimbroy in Southern San d'Oria (F-8). You may have to speak to him twice to get the correct cutscene.
• Talk to Luto Mewrilah.
• Click the ??? in Qulun Dome. This is the same ??? as the Beadeaux Limit Break 3 quest. (Whence Blows the Wind)
• Talk to Luto Mewrilah.
