Description:	Moogle-powered assistance from your Mog House. Reduces the chances of losing materials when synthesis attempts utilizing a wind crystal have failed.

Notes:	This is helpful when you're leveling a craft and using a lot of Wind Crystals. When you fail, you will have a greater chance of not losing your materials. The stronger this Moghancement is, the less you will lose overall. See Moghancements for more information.
