Located to the North and West of Aht Urhgan Whitegate, in the Arrapago Islands lies the township of Nashmau. This port town is the terminus for the sea Ferries from Whitegate, and is mainly populated by the friendly(?) Qiqirn who pretty much run the town, hence the lack of any formal government presence.
The ferry terminus itself is run by the usual crew from the Sea Travel Agency, while the remainder of the facilities are administered by the sharp-witted and light fingered Qiqirn. This includes the Auction House (linked to Jeuno), the Item Deliverers and the various shops. You'll be relieved to hear that the Nomad Moogles are still run by moogles though!
