Occasionally Attacks X Times

Introduction
Some weapons have the possibility of attacking more than one time per round. For most weapons the "occasionally" means that the additional attacks are executed 30% to 50% of the time.
Notes
- This ability does stack with Double Attack **Confirmed**. Unknown with Triple Attack. It is confirmed that the weapons swing number is determined first and the double attack job trait attacks are added onto the first swing of the weapon. This is unknown with Triple Attack and needs confirmed.
- An example would be if your weapon were to swing 8 times and your job trait were to activate on the initial swing you would swing 9 times. ***This is Confirmed***
- Jailer/Virtue Stone weapons can proc with a double/triple attack, resulting in an extra attack. Jailer/Virtue Stone weapons and Double/Triple attack can only proc on the first hit of the attack.
- This ability is active regardless of Dual Wield. It will work regardless of whether the weapon is placed in the main or the offhand.
- The maximum number of attacks in one melee round is 8, unless a job trait like Double Attack were to proc making it 9. For example, Dual Wielding a Kraken Club and a Ridill cannot yield 11 attacks in one round.
- You cannot swing more then 8 times in a single round of attacks including off hand if a job trait does not activate allowing you to do so.
- This ability cannot activate during weapon skills.
- The Multiple swings attached to your weapon will proc using Jump and High Jump. All the swings are added up into single damage amount.
