• On rare occasion, Proto-Omega will drop three body parts instead of the typical two when defeated. It appears that if there is a third drop, it will be Omega's Heart. It does not appear that Omega's Heart will load into the other two drop slots, and that the only way to obtain it is from a third body part drop. (If it has been confirmed otherwise, please update this note.)
