  • Quickly builds resistance to Blind. Possibly immune to Sleep.
  • A difficult solo for select level 75 jobs. A duo is safer.
  • Very easy solo for a DNC75/NIN37, Using Stutter Step + Violent Flourish tactic.
  • Very easy solo for NIN75/DNC37. His ACC is horrible. See talk page for strategies used.
  • Can drop more than 1 Undead Skin.

Historical Background

In Japanese folklore, an Oni is a large, monstrous humanoid creature with a wild mane of hair, 2 long horns on its head, sharp claws which sometimes has extra eyes, fingers, or toes beyond the standard number for humans. Its skin color is usually an inhuman color, often blue, black, purple, green, white, or red. They wield kanabo (iron clubs) and wear tiger-skin loincloths. They are analogous to Ogres from European folklore.
