The optic fiber has been confirmed to work with the following attachments:

• Damage Gauge
• Auto-Repair Kit II (Regen Only)
• Inhibitor
• Strobe
• Stealth Screen
• Loudspeakers
• Mana Jammers
• Equalizer
• Mana Channeler
• Steam Jacket

It's assumed to work with most other attachments as well. So far, only the analyzer and ice maker appear to be unaffected.

Example Calculation:

A mana jammer gives +10 MDB without any maneuvers. If the optic fiber were equipped, you would get an additional 10% of the +10 MDB, for an additional +1 MDB.

The calculation is also floored afterward, causing it to have no effect on small values. For example, the optic fiber has no effect on the auto-repair kit II until 3x light maneuvers.

0x light: floor(0 regen * 10%) = floor(0.00) = 0
1x light: floor(2 regen * 20%) = floor(0.40) = 0
2x light: floor(3 regen * 25%) = floor(0.75) = 0
3x light: floor(4 regen * 30%) = floor(1.20) = 1

The performance increase for the damage gauge does not appear to follow this formula. See the damage gauge article for more info.
