One of the five Ministries of Magic found in Windurst, and the official Windurst Department of Magic ("Orastery" is a combination of the words "ministry" and "oral," presumably because in order for magic spells to be cast, they must be spoken aloud). Located in Port Windurst, the War Warlocks are trained here. The current minister is Ajido-Marujido, succeeding Professor Shantotto.
