- Spawned by trading a Pandemonium Key to the ??? located in the upper right-hand area (K-7) of Map #7 in Aydeewa Subterrane.
- Map #7 is accessible from Wajaom Woodlands at (F-11).
- Pandemonium Warden despawns two hours after its appearance, automatically ending the battle.
- Initially spawns as a Dvergr type monster with multiple lamps similar to those found in Nyzul Isle Investigation Assault.
- Spawned by trading a Pandemonium Key to the ??? located in the upper right-hand area (K-7) of Map #7 in Aydeewa Subterrane.
- Uses Hellsnap immediately after spawning, then disappears and comes back as one of the following mobs. Whenever the new mob is defeated, the Dvergr form returns with 100% HP, uses Hellsnap, and then respawns as another mob on the list. The list of monsters do not spawn in any particular order.
- Chariot x4
- Each of these chariots mimics a Salvage boss in the following ways:
- Battleclad Chariot - Discoid, starting at 50% HP. This particular version of Discoid seems to work like 10000 Needles, delivering 10,000 points of damage to any player in range (within alliance or with Enmity).
- Long-Bowed Chariot - Homing Missile, a damaging AoE that resets hate and deals a large portion of the target's HP as damage (appears to be 90%).
- Armored Chariot - Mortal Revolution, a physical-based AoE damage and Stun (damage largely based on defense and evasion; it can hit anywhere from 400 to 800 damage if no shadows absorb it).
- Long-Armed Chariot - Brainjack, a single target Charm attack that can be repeated up to five times in a row.
- Each of these chariots mimics a Salvage boss in the following ways:
- Acrolith
- Mamool Ja Knight
- Troll Destroyer
- General Zazarg
- General Gadalar
- General Rughadjeen
- General Mihli Aliapoh
- General Najelith
- Gurfurlur the Menacing
- Medusa
- Gulool Ja Ja
- Vampyr
- Hydra
- Khimaira
- Cerberus
- Chariot x4
- After these 19 forms have been defeated, Pandemonium Warden will return to its Dvergr form. This is presumed to be the final form.
- Each time the Warden changes form, eight Pandemonium Lamps are summoned. These assisting monsters vary depending on Pandemonium Warden's current form in the following ways:
- Chariot - Archaic Gears
- These gears are extremely dangerous due to their repeated use of Rail Cannon.
- Acrolith - Miniature Acroliths
- Beastmen - Beastmen (Trolls, Mamool, or Lamia)
- Serpent Generals - Volunteer soldiers
- General Zazarg - Eight Monks
- General Gadalar - Eight Black Mages
- General Rughadjeen - Eight Dark Knights
- General Mihli Aliapoh - Eight White Mages
- General Najelith - Eight Rangers
- Vampyr - Imps
- Hydra - Dahaks
- Khimaira - Puks
- Cerberus - Bombs
- Dvergr - Miniature Dvergr
- Chariot - Archaic Gears
- Each Pandemonium Lamp is estimated to have roughly 25,000 HP
- Each time the Warden changes form, eight Pandemonium Lamps are summoned. These assisting monsters vary depending on Pandemonium Warden's current form in the following ways:
- If all individuals who have developed enmity die, Pandemonium Warden will return to his spawn point, with his train of lamps, and will not be aggressive to any non-combat action.
- In a recent version update, Square-Enix adjusted the behavior and maximum HP of Pandemonium Warden and his Pandemonium Lamps. There has been little testing since then, but recent reports detail a much easier and shorter fight. Despite the changes, however, the Warden is still currently undefeated.

Historical Background
Pandæmonium" (American English "Pandemonium") stems from Greek "παν", meaning "all" or "every", and "δαιμόνιον", meaning "little spirit" or "little angel", or, as Christians interpreted it, "little daemon", and later, "demon" (thus roughly translated as "All Demons"). It is the name invented by John Milton for the capital of Hell, "the High Capital, of Satan and his Peers", built by the fallen angels at the suggestion of Mammon at the end of Book I, Paradise Lost (1667). A comparison in meaning can be made with "pantheon", which refers to all of the gods. Book II begins with the debate among the demons in the council-chamber of Pandæmonium. The demons built it in about an hour, but it far surpassed all human palaces or dwellings; it may have been small, though, since the demons are described as shrinking from their titanic size in order to fit in.
In terms of Vana'diel, the title implies that the Pandemonium Warden is of demonic nature, possibly a guardian of Hades; Vana'diel's underworld. The choice of Aydeewa Subterrane for his location, and whether or not there is any sort of link to the story is as of yet unknown.
