A set of rare armor obtained exclusively through Dynamis, wearable only by high level Puppetmasters. The craftsmanship that has gone into this set of clothing reminds one of the work Dhima Polevhia put into the Puppetry Attire Set, however much more refined. It's currently unclear as to why the clothes of such an advanced Puppetmaster have been found in the shadow lands of Dynamis.
