Portal Charm
Description: A key that allows you to enter the Sealed Portal beneath the central tower of the Horutoto Ruins by yourself.
Obtained By: Only obtainable after completion of Windurst Mission 3-2: Written in the Stars edit this might not be true anymore - possible to get this mini quest without completing this mission.
Notes: The Sealed Portal in Inner Horutoto Ruins normally requires a White Mage, Black Mage, and Red Mage to open. With this key item, the bearer can open the door by him/herself, regardless of job.

The Portal Charm is a permanent key item, and will remain in the player's possession even after changing nations.

How to obtain:

  • After completion of Written in the Stars (note that the mission is skippable and even high-ranked Windurstian characters may not have completed this mission), Kupipi in Heavens Tower will ask for a Rolanberry.
  • Trade her the Rolanberry to obtain the Portal Charm.
