Upgrading Your Automaton

After you reach level 10, 20 and 30 you can get a new Automaton frame. Talk to Ghatsad (I-7) as a Puppetmaster in Aht Urhgan Whitegate. He will give you three options to choose from. After trading the items and payment, return after JST midnight to receive your new Automaton Head and Frame. After you reach levels 40 and 50 Ghatsad will offer to make a new head for your Automaton. He will ask for a white or black puppet turban, one of three scrolls and a fee. Depending on the scroll you trade him you will have to wait two to five days for completion and for each JP midnight that passes you must trade him an Imperial Coffee to keep him going.

• To equip your new frame you need to remove any attachments that would cause you to exceed the limit for each element on your new frame.

• Level 10: 3x Imperial Silver Pieces
• Level 20: 3x Imperial Mythril Pieces
• Level 30: 1x Imperial Gold Piece
• Level 40: 2x Imperial Mythril Pieces
• Level 50: 4x Imperial Mythril Pieces
