Quickening
From FFXIclopedia, the free Final Fantasy XI encyclopedia
Description
Quickening is a beneficial status effect that increases movement speed until it wears off or is removed. This effect stacks with movement speed enhancing gear, but not Mazurka or Flee effects. Note: The effect seems to stack the longer you rest. (i.e. The longer you rest, the faster you move.)

Does the Talaria effect stack when coupled with the Pitchfork +1, a costume, and some other form of sprinters shoes such as Hermies? It seems to me it does. Can I get some verification on this?
