Notes:

  • Spawns in the tower at H-8, once the trigger Vanguard Eye (located in the tower at F-7) is defeated.
  • Upon aggro, spawns 2 Hydra White Mages, 2 Hydra Black Mages, and 2 Hydra Bards.
  • Capable of using Benediction (for over 10k+ HP), Manafont, and Soul Voice multiple times. Seems to use any of them randomly.
  • Has a very high TP Regain.
  • Favors casting ancient magic (Freeze, Tornado, etc)
  • Immune to Silence. Susceptible to Stun, Gravity, and Bind.
  • Based on personal observation, seems to rotate 2 hrs in the same order every 30 sec or so apart from each other. Will do this cycle repeatedly :
Benediction > Manafont > Soul Voice. Can start with any of the mentioned 2 hrs but will always be in that order.
  • Killable with a skilled group of 18-24 relying on a heavy zerg method similiar to Dynamis Lord. If you cannot kill this NM within 90 sec, it is near
impossible to defeat it.
  • Can drop multiple attestations. (needs confirmation)
  • The White Mages, Bards and the NM are fairly easy to kite since they stop to cast a lot of spells.
  • Recommended that you take out the Black Mages first, then the Bards, then the White Mages and then finally the NM.
  • Shown to have 17,000 HP.
  • All of the fomors assisting Quiebitel share hate with him. They will target and engage what he is targeting every time that Quiebitel casts a spell. After around 25 seconds they will stop chasing Quiebitiel's target. Example: If a thief pulls the NM and a Paladin provokes the Hydra Bard, the Hyra Bard will attack the Paladin. When Quibetiel begins casting a spell on the Thief that pulled it, the Hydra Bard will begin to chase and attack the Thief regardless of any hate accumulated by other players. Therefore, often when the NM is first aggroed/pulled, all the monsters will attack the puller since 95% of the time the NM will cast spells on the puller.
