Cannot be sold on the Auction House, but can be traded and bazaared.

Trade a Sin of Invidiousness to Meret in Tavnazian Safehold. You must complete her friend Yurim's quest, In the Name of Science, before Meret will accept any trades.

Historical Background

In Judaism and Christianity, Raphael is one of the archangels. As his name implies (Raphael means something along the lines of "god heals"), he was connected to all forms of healing. He is mentioned in the Book of Tobias, where he is said to have been sent by God to heal the elder Tobias of his blindness and to deliver Tobias' daughter-in-law from the devil. In this role of healer he is also known to Catholics as the patron saint of medical workers.
