Notes

• Self-target spell. Can be used with Diffusion for a Frost Armor-like effect.
• Adds approximately +12% Defense.
• Defense up effect does NOT stack with Cocoon, and will overwrite the 50% increase from Cocoon. However, reapplying Cocoon will give you the 50% defense boost again, while maintaining the Ice Spikes from Reactor Cool.
