Walkthrough

• Talk to Keshab-Menjab to start the quest. He asks you to bring him a broken rod, but it has to be one "busted clean in two."
• Travel to Bibiki Bay - Purgonorgo Isle and fish with a Composite Fishing Rod and Minnow until you catch the NM Lancet Jagil.
• Kill the Lancet Jagil and obtain the Cleanly Snapped Rod (Rare/Ex).
• Return to Mhaura and trade the rod to Keshab-Menjab to complete the quest.

Summary:

You've been asked to help bring in cleanly snapped rods for recycling. The recycled rods are supposedly sold somewhere around Bibiki Bay.
