• After accepting the quest, travel to Fort Karugo-Narugo (S).
• Go through the Phosphorous Ward at (I-9) onto the second map.
• Talk to Pecca-Pocca at (G-12) inside of the southern tower to receive a key item.
• Return to Heptachiond for your reward.

Summary:

Heptachiond is running low on the incense he lights in prayer as an offering to the departed. Apparently, the incense is made by a friend who is now at Fort Karugo-Narugo.
