Rune of Transfer

Used during the Assault mission Nyzul Isle Investigation to ascend floors. Unless its a free floor, the rune will normally be inactive until that floor's objective is completed. Players may check the rune to review the current objective. Once completed, the rune will light up and offer to transfer to next floor or exit and complete the mission
