Walkthrough

• You can skip this mission if you have sufficient rank points.
• You need to trade 2 to 3 stacks of crystals unless you do the repeatable missions.
  • Alternatively, you can repeat Mission 1-2 Bat Hunt twice to get access. This requires two Bat Fang.
• Trade a Crystal Bass to the gate guard.

• Crystal Bass can be purchased from the Auction House or can be fished in Jugner Forest at the Crystwater Spring, located at (J-9).
  • If you catch several Crystal Bass, the remainder can be traded on repeat missions right away. One or two additional fish will unlock the next mission.

• After trading the Crystal Bass you will be informed to go visit Chateau d'Oraguille. There will be a cutscene between Halver, Curilla, and the Papsque.
• Following that cutscene, talk to the gardener Chalvatot (F-7) in the Chateau to complete the mission.

Note: If you acquire enough rank points to qualify for the next mission, you may skip this mission entirely if you chose. Note: For repeats, simply trade a Crystal Bass to the gate guard to complete the mission.
