Notes/Description

• This ability will turn up nothing more often than not.
• Success rate may depend on your current level and the average level of mobs in the area, and current actions being performed on or by you (in combat, standing still, etc.)
• Hunter's Socks enhance Scavenge effect, presumably increasing the success rate.
• Different zones have different items available to find.
  • Different zones also have different success rates, with in-city success rates being lower than 2%.
