Job Ability

• Grants a bonus to Third Eye when using two-handed weapons.
• Obtained: Samurai Level 35
• Recast Time: 1:00
• Duration: 5:00

Notes/Description While Seigan is in effect, the recast time for Third Eye is halved. Third Eye may anticipate or counter an attack without being consumed. It is possible to gain weapon skill ups off of a Seigan counter Hasso and Seigan do not stack, Hasso will overwrite Seigan and vice-versa. Like Weapon Bash or Hasso, this Job Ability requires a two-handed weapon. Ninjutsu, song, and magic recast times are increased by 50% and casting times are doubled while Seigan is up. The Counters from Seigan also seem to be Blunt damage (This was noticed in SE Apollyon on the 1st floor where Blunt dmg is negated, A 75 Sam/Nin wielding a Hagun had 0 dmg on Counters)
