Merit Point Enhancement

• Category: Job-specific - Group 1 (Beastmaster)

• Limits: 5 Levels (Merit Point progression: 1>2>3>4>5 = 15 points total)

• Description: Each level of this enhancement decreases the recast time of Sic by 4 seconds, to a minimum recast of 1 minute, 40 seconds. Each level of this enhancement also decreases the recast time of Ready by 2 seconds per charge, to a minimum recharge time of 50 seconds per charge (Total time for 3 charges = 2 minutes, 30 seconds)
