• Roams among the Speltercaps at (E-7). Spawns at 3:00 Vana'diel time.

• Dark Arrivisme - High AoE damage + knockback + Dispels some buffs (approx. 3); Gives Sippoy a strong intimidation effect for a short time. This attack is more likely to be used when Sippoy is under 25% HP, but it may be used at any time. This move is unique to Sippoy and is not used by other caturae.
• Stygian Cyclone - Low AoE damage and Silence , ignores shadows.
• Stygian Sphere - Heals for 1800-2000 HP and removes an unknown number (2+) of status effects.
• Malign Invocation - Mid-high AoE damage and Amnesia .
• Interference - AoE damage + Dispels a large number of status effects; Either does very high damage or does damage proportionate to the number of buffs dispelled

• Possesses enhanced movement speed (+25% approx).
• Possesses a high degree of Fast Cast.
• Susceptible to Paralyze and Slow .
• Builds resistance to Stun quickly.

• Uses Kick Attacks.

Spellcasting

• Occasionally gains extreme Fast Cast, casting Tier V spells in 3 seconds and -ga enfeebling magic almost instantly.
• Enfeebling Magic: Bindga , Paralyga , and Blindga
• Elemental Magic: Water V, Blizzard V
• Below 50%: Waterga IV and Blizzaga IV

• Due to the large number of highly damaging AoE moves and knockback, mages should take care to stay at maximum casting range at all times.
• TP moves are used slowly enough to be Stunned, but it becomes extremely difficult to land after only five or so casts.
