Notes:

• Spawns at F-6 South East Corner near a small hill.
• Seems to favor the Tiger TP specific move Roar but CAN use Claw Cyclone and attacks normally.
• Appears to have fairly high rate of TP gain.

Historical Background

To skirl is to make a shrill noise, or a shriek. (It's also used to describe the sound of bagpipes.) A liger is the offspring of a male lion and a female tiger.
