Notes
- Lasts a maximum of 90 seconds when unresisted.
- Overwrites tier 1 sleep, such as Sleep/Sleepga and Lullaby.
- Spell accuracy is most highly affected by Enfeebling Magic Skill, and secondly Magic Accuracy. INT is said to play a role in Magic Accuracy to some extent.
