Notes:

• Spawns for Campaign Ops: Plucking Wings
• Summons Roo Beju the Eulogizer, Zjaa Bao the Wrathherald, and Jii Xai the Rimebladed to his starting point.
• Frequently casts tier IV elemental spells in addition to other black and white magic spells.
• All spells are cast as single target spells, but due to constant Accession and Manifestation effects, they are actually AoE spells centered on the target.
• When under the influence of the Two Hour Ability Tabula Rasa, Soo Luma will cast Ancient Magic spells exclusively. These spells are also AoE.
• The previous Manifest prior to Tzee Xicu.
