• Lower target's magic resistance. If successful, you will earn two finishing moves.
• Obtained: Dancer Level 40
• TP Required: 10%
• Recast Time: 00:15
• Duration: First Step lasts 1 minute, each following Step extends its current duration by 30 seconds.

Notes/Description Effect allows Magic Resistance to be lowered by about 10% for first step and 5% for each after. Can be stacked a maximum of 5 times. You do not need to be facing the monster to use this Step. Stacks with Sneak Attack. Success varies with melee accuracy. Can be stacked with Quickstep. Can be stacked with Box Step. Stutter Step will not wake sleeping mobs.
