Walkthrough

Speak to Dabhuh near "The Pit" at (K-11) Aht Urhgan Whitegate to start the quest. He will ask you to bring him a Merrow Scale to remember his "mistress." These can be dropped by a Merrow Songstress, Merrow Bladedancer, Merrow Icedancer, and Merrow Kabukidancer in Arrapago Reef.

Merrow Scales can also be bought at the Auction House (Bonecraft) for a reasonable price.

This item also drops from the ISNM Shadows of the Mind on a fairly consistent basis.
