Summoner Garuda Video - From Rawnie (Not My Material)
Garuda Solo Prime Basic's
1) Don't be nervous, if your nervous, it'll make your reactions slower, and if you watch the video above every single second counts.
2) Dont use any -HP gear, you basically need all the HP you can get.
3) Find your best WHM friend, or SMN 50+ To either A) Give you Stoneskin and Blink (Titan + Garuda) or B) Protect+Shell IV
4) Bring as many Ether's + Hi-Potions as you can carry.
5) Have someone in the same party as you, for you feel more secure battling.
Garuda Solo Prime Steps- Inside the Battlefield.
1) Trade fork to the Protocrystal. (If you didn't know that already)
2) Once inside, cast the spells: Protect, Aquaveil.
3) Walk to the edge (about :43 in the video). Use Yaguado Drink, and then Summon Carbuncle.
4) Garuda will come after you. Carby will automatically attack it. At this time, Garuda
will have Blink up. Make sure you run back to the crystal you started at.
5) When Carbuncle is dead, re-summon and again it will automatically attack.
6) Run close to Garuda, and use Astral Flow. Then use Carbuncle (Searing Light) on Garuda.
Note: Once in the Air, run to the Garuda Crystal, Carbuncle wont last long.
7) Use 2 Ethers (Or as many as you need till about 35MP.)and a Hi-Potion (If needed.)
Note: Summoner 2HR Stays up a long time. Carbuncle's (Searing Light) has a Re-cast. Watch out for it.
8) Run close to Garuda, and make Carbuncle use Searing Light again.
Note: Once Carbuncle in the air, run back to Crystal you started at.
9) Once Carbuncle dead, re-summon him, and then use your Ethers, and Hi-Potions.
Note: Garuda Might use her 2HR, on the second run to her. Make sure you always have HP Over 150.
10) Run close to Garuda, use Carbuncle (Searing Light) and don't be afraid when your screen pauses, cause you won.
Notes:
↔ Garuda is not tough. Quite easy! If you get this one down, you got the rest.
↔ Make sure you're in a quiet environment, if you lose concentration, you will almost definitely Lose.
