Tactician Magician's Cloak Set

A mages' robe set of black embroidered in gold, this set is much fancier-looking than many of the options available to mages until this point. It also offers modest bonuses to several central mage stats, as well as bonuses to evasion and elemental resistances. It is not crafted, instead requiring Conquest Points from Rank 5 Windurstians. There is a crafted upgrade to this set in the form of the Tactician Magician's Cloak +1 Set and an HQ crafted upgrade in the form of the Tactician Magician's Cloak +2 Set.
