Question ... is there a cap to how much you can reduce your ability delay? I'm thinking there must be, as SE loves to do that, but I haven't seen anywhere saying what it is.Aksannyi 10:06, 19 February 2009 (UTC)

Can someone confirm the 45 second Hard Cap that was added? Coming from a 72 summoner it's hardly likely to come from personal testing. Adding verification tag Nyavya 22:08, 2 August 2009 (UTC)
