/Salute

I am from Windurst, and when I and my puppet perform /salute, my salute is windurstian, and the automatons salute is sandorian (the same as your video shows), so /salute is not relative to the puppetmasters national allegiance, however it has its own little 'Automaton Salute' which is similar to the sandorian one.
