The pages sez that subsequent G5 fights wont be capped at 70, does this reffer to once you've beaten maat for the initial G5 or when Beyond the Sun quest is completed and Maat's Hat is gained ? I presume it reffers to quest completion . --MIKUMARU 17:04, 3 March 2008 (UTC)

It means any G5 after your first one. Meaning if you beat him for the first time ever on WAR (as an example), then went to fight him again as another job (or as WAR a 2nd time), you would not be capped at 70 (meaning you could go in at 75 if you so choose and not get capped). --Kyrie 01:49, 2 April 2008 (UTC)

Only need 6 jobs?

Apparently, I've been told, you only need to beat Maat on six (6) jobs to be able to fight him for his hat... can anyone confirm this? --Volkai 03:57, 29 March 2008 (UTC)

That is a silly rumor; I'm not sure how exactly it got started, but I've had people ask me before. It's 100% untrue. --Kyrie 01:49, 2 April 2008 (UTC)

The wording in the requirements section has been pointed out to me a few times as being misleading; having people in two of my linkshells associate Whitegate's access quest with Maat's cap. 6am here makes me not think right, but i'm going to consider a better wording as to alleviate that problem for the requirements box.
