Does anyone know the amount of Attack Down, or whatever the direct effect that reduces damage dealt is called, that this spell inflicts? --Syeria 01:48, 29 April 2006 (PDT)

Probably dependant on your dark skill, but I don't think anyone's spent time figuring it out (since you'd hafta do repeated ballistas or brenners with various skill levels). Maybe someone will at some point... an easier question hopefully, how much damage per tick does this deal? --Koehdeth 09:23, 23 January 2007 (EST)

According to this KI thread, Bio II acts as follows:
200-210 dark skill > 5dmg/3s
211-268 dark skill > 6dmg/3s
269-290 dark skill > 7dmg/3s
291-??? dark skill > 8dmg/3s

Including merits, the absolute maximum dark skill a black mage can obtain is 347 (unless I missed something somewhere). This takes a few pieces of very difficult to acquire gear though, so I don't expect this cap to be tested any time soon. It would be very interesting to find a 9dmg/tic tier for this though. --Toksyuryel 12:01, 26 May 2008 (UTC)

Actually on darksday it's possible to reach 362 skill; this might be useful in events where you can specifically target darksday. Practically, we're lookin' at 347 as a max. --Toksyuryel 12:42, 26 May 2008 (UTC)

Windurstian with Windurst in second place, Hilkomu-Makimu did not have this scroll for sale. He only sells to Windurstians and only when Windurst is in first place. --Elwynn 13:47, 7 March 2009 (UTC)
