Both Ravin Raven and Almighty Apkallu are rumored but not proven to drop this. It may very well be that when a Square-Enix representative said "Another good question would be, why is this number three in a series of questions about the Almighty Apkallu?" that the inference was that the cape is used to spawn it, not dropped from it, we won't know till someone gets it. It may be you need to get it from Ravin Raven and wear it to pop Almighty Apkallu. Or both NM's might drop it. Or 1 is just plain incorrect. I recall people saying Almighty Apkallu dropped Sanguine Sword before, and now they don't (and theres a mention of it on Almighty Apkallu's talk page still). --1.quos.vita.habitum.captivus 11:14, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
