Out of curiosity, does anyone have any idea what the Smithing and Goldsmithing requirements are to make these? I have seen both the NQ and HQ version for sale, so someone must have a clue at the very least. If possible it'd be nice to see the page updated. Thanks!

EDIT: Okay, I talked to a guy today who made a pair for someone. His Smithing Skill is 40 and Goldsmithing is 51. However, he did mention that he thought the cap for Smithing was a little higher.
