• • Appears to have hidden - Ice Resistance (can be seen by higher paralyze rate)

Until this can be proven definitively I think it would be misleading to have it on the main page. There are many many weaponskills that have an element, and none of those ever have reported increase in allowing debuffs (by the same token are we to expect that Jin would allow for increased Silence and Gravity chance to land? or Blade: Ei allowing Sleep to land more effectively?)
