Active while TP < 100% (includes Weapon Skills).

Q: Not quite clear on how this works. Does this mean the latent is active because after you use a weapon skill your TP becomes 0? --Kiun 10:16, September 23, 2009 (UTC)

A: The latent/hidden effects are active during WS because of the order in which the game calculates these things. Basically, what it is saying is that you have the DMG:33 Accuracy+5 Attack+16 for your WSs, not just attacks below 100% TP. --Kyrie 10:52, September 23, 2009 (UTC)
