This is a very powerful JA for the fellows, but it's not on a 2 hour timer. My fellow has used this ability up to 3 times within a single hour.

I'm also pretty certain that they will only be able to use the ability after you complete the Blessed Radiance quest. --Nobodyreal 10:55, 26 November 2008 (UTC)
