Blind II at level 2 definitely does not override Kurayami Ni. I have tested this first hand. I have no idea whether level 3 overrides Kurayami Ni.

Testing using Colibri's spell parroting,

(Caster_INT - Target_MND + 100)/4 = Accuracy Down
(Round down to nearest integer.)

Lower Cap: Accuracy-15
Upper Cap: Unknown

Blind II vs Kurayami Ni

I have blind II capped and it does NOT overwrite Kurayami Ni
