Penalty

Is the penalty in Brenner the same as in Ballista, where ammo swapping doesn't penalize you? If so, I'm so going to do this. Half of how I play Thief involves the swapping between three or four different types of bolts. The ability to sleep your target is nice for SA. The ability to defense-down and blind your opponent is just nice in general. And the ability to sap your target's HP with Bloody Bolts is brilliant too. I'd just like to be able to use all four instead of choosing between one or two.
