Really don't have the motivation to hunt this again to verify... but it looks like the widescan data puts the PH as the last Pugil right above the Goblins. Good luck to those after the drop.. he's stubborn ><.
September '08 update
The September 2008 update appears to have adjusted this NM for some reason. Previously there were only three pugils on the shore and one placeholder, but now there are four and the location of Buburimboo has been shifted. --Cutriss 03:50, 15 September 2008 (UTC)
Will confirm that there are now four pugils, and that one of them still shares spawn with a bogy during night. Not sure if this was caused by the September update, or if this had already occurred with a different update but no one ever took note of it. --Zythas 06:33, 15 September 2008 (UTC)
