Does stack with Puppetry Dastanas (+1). Initial testing conducted with a Buffoon's Collar +1, but I'm sure the effects remain the same with the NQ, as do the effects with NQ/HQ AF Gloves. No offense, but your blog proved nothing but a lack of understanding of the scientific method. You need to establish a control case first. Had you done so, it would be obvious that overloads are random past the threshold, and that several dozen trials would be needed in order to make a claim. The results you found were entirely meaningless.

"Solid" results are possible, however, through activate overloads. This is because activating always generates the same amount of burden. If you overload immediately after an activate, it will always be for the same duration.

The difference in durations with and without the collar will precisely determine how much it increased the threshold by. In this case, it increases the duration by five seconds. The AF gloves also decrease it by five seconds, and the combination decreases by a total of ten seconds, proving they stack.
